die CTI Systems S.A. in Lentzweiler, Luxemburg, hat per 25.05.2007 Aktiva der SHS Fördertechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Darmstadt, übernommen. Dadurch baut CTI die Marktposition im Bereich der Flughafentechnik und industrieller Intralogistik aus.
Die CTI Systems GmbH, mit Sitz in Darmstadt, verfügt nun über das Know - How und die langjährige Erfahrung ehemaliger SHS - Mitarbeiter. Hierdurch kann die gewohnte Produktqualität, ebenso wie der Service auch in Zukunft gewährleistet werden. Die CTI unterstützt Sie gerne schon in der Planung fördertechnischer Systeme. Sie realisiert diese auch bis zur Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme.
Luxair S.A. hat bereits einen ersten Auftrag zur Erweiterung des Cargo-Systems auf dem Flughafen Luxemburg erteilt. Die Erweiterung in der so genannten Phase IV enthält ein komplettes ULD-Lagersystem mit 2 ETVs. CTI ist Generalunternehmer für die gesamte Fördertechnik einschließlich Montage und Inbetriebnahme.

We are pleased to inform you that SHS Fördertechnik's assets were acquired by CTI Systems S.A., Luxembourg with effect of May 25th, 2007.
CTI has been successful for more than 40 years as a "one-stop-supplier" for customized automated handling, intralogistics and storage solutions in all major industrial sectors including the aerospace and aircraft service industry.
The acquisition of the SHS assets will enlarge and strengthen CTI's market position in the field of airport technics and industrial intralogistics. CTI Systems GmbH based in Darmstadt, Germany, now has the splendid know-how and the long-term experience of the former SHS employees at their disposal.
In addition, CTI provides a comprehensive planning service to find the best solution in regard to cost efficiency and enhanced productivity for their clients.
CTI has already been awarded the first contract for an air cargo handling system. It is the fourth extension of the Luxair, Luxembourg, installation. When finished, the capacity of all of Luxair's cargo systems will exceed 1 million tons per year. CTI is the general contractor for the complete conveying technology including 2 ETVs.
